Each piece begins as a feeling and becomes a landscape of its own.

Where nature, memory, and perception meet

I’m Badr.
My practice unfolds through a continuous search  a kind of training in how to listen, see, and feel the landscape. I’m drawn to its sounds, textures, and silences, and how they reveal the subtle connections between place and self. Through digital and sensory experiments, I explore how the unseen rhythms of nature can mirror our inner movement our thoughts, our emotions, our quiet transformations. Each piece becomes part of this ongoing search: a dialogue between presence and absence, between what is discovered and what remains unseen.

Whispers of the Living Earth

It begins where nature speaks in silence in the hum of wind across stone, the shimmer of heat over sand, the rhythm of unseen currents. I’m drawn to the quiet intelligence of landscapes, to the patterns and sounds that shape how we feel and remember.

Art works

In the vast expanse of the desert, the power lines stand like a giant figure, its needle planted deep in the sand, drawing circles of the future with lines of iron and wire. They intersect with the paths of humankind those who once read the stars, and now read the signals of civilization in a sky only slightly unspoiled.

Birjal - 2024

Since I began working on Atlal (2022), I have been searching for that delicate thread that connects us to a place, for those memories that slip away unnoticed, yet remain etched in corners we only see when something brings us back  an image, a scent, or even silence. For me, photography was never just a way to freeze moments; it became a means to explore the self, to capture what fades, and to reshape the past into something new.

Resonant Elements - 2025

In this project, I recorded the raw sounds of wind, rain, and thunderstorms, capturing the natural rhythm and energy of these elements. Using TouchDesigner, I transformed these recordings into a new visual and spatial perspective, allowing the auditory experience to take on shape and form.
